The LLD Conference is the Lodge’s training session for Officers, Chairmen, Advisors and anyone who wants to learn about how the Lodge works and leadership skills. In addition, voting will take place for the Arrowman and Adviser of the Year, Founder’s Award and Scoutmaster of the Year. We will be holding a Brotherhood ceremony as well for candidates eligible.

Indoor sleeping accommodations, so bring sleeping bag and pillow, toiletries, and casual clothes for evening activities. A Class 1 Health History Form is also required.
